Rovic Ironmongery Stores Ltd is seeking a proactive and creative Online Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing and customer engagement efforts. This is a part-time, flexible role (2-4 hours daily) based at our centralized stores in San Gwann.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage online sales and respond to customer inquiries via Facebook Messenger and email.
• Recommend products and provide professional customer support.
• Develop engaging marketing materials, including promotional images and advertisements.
• Maintain and update product listings on Wolt Market.
• Assist in social media content creation and scheduling to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor online engagement and suggest strategies to improve customer interaction.
• Support general marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer retention.

Requirements:
• Strong computer skills with experience in photo editing (e.g., Photoshop or similar software).
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in online marketing, social media management, or e-commerce is a plus.
