We are seeking to recruit the best of the best for our dynamic kitchen team working with one of Valletta’s busiest fine dining restaurants, 59 Republic. We are a Michelin plate restaurant for five consecutive years, highly awarded and with an innovative team. You would be working in a fast-paced environment who are appreciated for their hard work and dedication to the company.

We have the following positions available:

Full Time Chef De Partie

You would need to provide an outstanding culinary experience to our guests and be skilled in your job and have a good knowledge of food preparation and cooking, whilst being confident and proactive. You would maintain an organised work environment, be attentive to detail, creative and always show a willingness to learn. You would be fluent in English, have great communication skills, and be experienced in a similar position. Being a team player is essential and being able to work with high pressure and in a fast paced environment is essential.

You must be in Malta with valid work permit and be presentable and professional.
