Job Description:
The IT Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT team, ensuring the effective delivery of technical support, system maintenance, and project implementation. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, coordinating tasks, and providing guidance to achieve organizational goals. The IT Team Leader will collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs, implement solutions, and ensure the security and efficiency of IT systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, managing IT budgets, and staying updated on emerging technologies to drive innovation. Strong leadership, communication, and technical expertise are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and provide escalation support.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage IT projects, including planning, resource allocation, and delivery.

Qualifications
