Owned by renowned Chef Marvin Gauci, MG Group continues to set the standard for culinary excellence and unforgettable dining experiences.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing the smooth running of our restaurants. Reporting directly to the COO, you will:

Supervise and support Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers.
Manage the front-of-house team to deliver top-tier hospitality.
Collaborate with the Bar Supervisor to oversee beverage and wine stocks.
Ensure guest satisfaction is consistently exceeded.
Adapt to the varying levels of business with flexibility and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant operations management.
