In Malta, Marvin Gauci Group runs award-winning restaurants Caviar & Bull, Sole Seabar by Tarragon, Don Royale, and Dinner in the Sky Malta owned by renowned chef Marvin Gauci.

We are looking for a part time Bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. You will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Positive attitude, neat appearance, and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked, and clean
