We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PASS Coordinator to ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. This crucial role helps maintain high service standards, oversees food presentation, and ensures guests' dietary requirements and allergies are carefully managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the service team.
Ensure orders are plated correctly, garnished, and delivered with accuracy.
Maintain clear communication between chefs and front-of-house staff.
Verify and manage dietary requirements and allergy requests to ensure guest safety.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of food safety, dietary requirements, and allergy protocols.
Passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service.
