Job Description
We are currently seeking a Storekeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities
? Carefully check and record the quantity and condition of goods arrived and report to Operations department if something is wrong
? Record the goods received and list the quantity
? Stock taking
? Stock management using inhouse application to keep track of the stock
? Distribute the stock internally and organise deliveries to clients
? Preparation and assembly of components and related
? Monitor stock levels
? Ensure that the goods are stored in a clean and dry place
? Shipping of packages
? Processing of delivery notes
? Monitoring stock returns from projects
? Be responsible to label, photograph and inform all departments upon receiving clients’ items at our premises
Qualifications
? Possess a clean driving license
? Be proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably have a good knowledge in use of databases
? Possess good written and verbal communication skills in English
? Be able to work in a team
? Must have a good eye for detail
