
Accounts executive

Responsibilities:-
- Manage all accounting transactions in the system-Tally
- Rectify financial statements if needed and as per management and auditor
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Payroll - punching Hours on system, Generate Pay slip, Record and adjust Sick Leave, Vacation Leave etc. as per rule.
- Payroll - Finalizing wages and transfer for the payments
Requirements and skills:-
- Earlier Work experience as an Accountant
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally (At present this is what we have)
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP's and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
