Breakfast Chef

We are looking for individulas to employ as breakfast chefs, both on full-time and part-time basis. Tasks will include:

- Prepare a variety of breakfast dishes including daily specialities
- Liaise with management to plan breakfast menu items and daily specialities
- Monitor the breakfast buffet and replenish when required
- Maintain a clean and organised environment in the kitchen area
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as required
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.

Qualifications

Requirements:
- Must be proficient in English
- Previous experience in food & beverage environment will be considered an asset
- Commitment to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Must possess Food Handling Licence B
- Flexible availability including weekends & public holidays
- Morning shifts
