Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.

Sanitize bathrooms, restock toiletries, and ensure hygiene standards are strictly followed.

Report any damages, maintenance issues, or lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.

Ensure guest rooms are neat, tidy, and ready before guest check-in.

Maintain cleaning equipment and housekeeping carts in clean and orderly condition.

Follow hotel procedures and safety protocols at all times.

Restock linen closets and housekeeping supplies as needed.

Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, responding to any requests or concerns.

Adhere to confidentiality and protect guest privacy at all times.

Work as part of the housekeeping team and assist in common areas when required (e.g., lobbies, hallways).

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeper, or Cleaner in a hotel or similar hospitality environment is preferred but not always required

Familiarity with hotel cleaning procedures, standards, and equipment

Experience in handling laundry, linen, and housekeeping supplies
