Setting Up Components: Prepare and set up components for welding according to specifications.
Welding: Use manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal parts in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead).
Inspecting and Testing: Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Repairing: Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
Maintaining Equipment: Ensure welding equipment is maintained in good condition and follow safety protocols.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a welder, with knowledge of various welding techniques (e.g., TIG, MIG, MMA).
Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Attention to Detail: High level of precision and attention to detail.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to use protective gear (e.g., face-shield, gloves).
Physical Stamina: Ability to work in physically demanding environments
