Vehicle Operation: Drive vehicles such as buses, trucks, and vans, ensuring safe and timely transportation of passengers or goods.
Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring it is secured properly.
Safety Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and regulations, including those specific to transporting hazardous materials.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and minor repairs on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety during transit.
Emergency Procedures: Follow proper procedures in case of accidents or emergencies, including reporting incidents to the dispatcher

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience as a commercial driver is beneficial.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with passengers and report issues.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure safety and compliance.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as loading and unloading cargo.
Licensing: Valid Class C and D commercial driver's licenses.
Certification: Relevant endorsements for transporting hazardous materials and passengers are advantageous.
