Supervision: Lead and supervise maintenance teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.
Repairs: Diagnose and repair equipment failures, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and inventory management.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
Training: Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications

Experience: Extensive experience in maintenance engineering, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment, as well as knowledge of maintenance software and systems.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and repair complex issues.
Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with team members, management, and external contractors.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Certification: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) are advantageous.
