At Acqua, we are passionate about delivering exceptional food and memorable experiences to our guests. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities include:
- support the restaurant manager in day to day operations and team supervision
-ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, cleanliness
-assist with new recruits
-handle customer feedback professionally & efficiently
-manage stock rotation & stock control
-step in for the restaurant manager, when needed

Qualifications

-Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in Malta, is required
-Good knowledge about Mediterranean cuisine
-Good knowledge about different types & styles of wine. This will be considered an asset
