At Acqua, our aim is to provide excellent service in a welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to support our management team.

Responsibilities include:
-oversee day to day front of house operations
-lead, motivate & support the service team
- make sure guests receive efficient & professional service
- assist with new recruits
-handle customer feedback in an efficient manner
-work hand in hand with the restaurant manager & communicate well with management team

Qualifications

The ideal candidate
-must have a positive attitude
-must have a passion for hospitality
-have a positive mindset & be eager to work & provide excellent service
-Previous experience in a supervisory front of house role, preferably in Malta
-Strong leadership and team coordination skills
-must be reliable & committed & be flexible with working hours


Experience with Mediterranean cuisine & knowledge about different styles of wines, will be considered an asset
