We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Fridge/Freezer Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in refrigeration systems and enjoy solving technical challenges, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on domestic and commercial fridges and freezers.
Identify and replace faulty components including compressors, thermostats, fans, and valves.
Carry out safety checks and ensure appliances comply with relevant health and safety standards.
Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate service records and provide clear communication to customers.
Advise customers on proper appliance care and potential upgrades.
Requirements:

Proven experience in fridge/freezer or general refrigeration maintenance.
Technical certification in Refrigeration
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
