Administrative Tasks: Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
Campaign Support: Assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports and questionnaires.
Data Management: Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns, and attend them to facilitate their success.
Content Creation: Prepare and deliver promotional presentations, compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts, and write marketing literature (e.g., brochures, press releases) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
Client Communication: Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a marketing assistant or in a similar role.
Skills: Good understanding of office management and marketing principles, ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines, well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of market research techniques and databases, excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, online analytics, Google Adwords).
Education: High School diploma; a BSc in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is a strong advantage
