360 Retail Supplies Ltd. is looking for a full-time Workshop Supervisor to join our team! If you’re a hands-on person who enjoys leading others and keeping things running smoothly, this job might be right for you.
???? Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily work in the workshop and make sure everything runs well.
- Lead and support the team while making sure tasks are done on time.
- Keep the workshop clean, safe, and organized.
- Check and keep track of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Help train new staff and look for ways to improve how things are done.
???? Applicants should:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Be confident in leading a team and solving problems.
- Be able to work on their own and stay organised
- Understand how to safely use workshop tools and equipment.
- Have a valid driver’s license; computer knowledge is a plus.
?? Ability to speak Maltese is a big plus!
