As a Kitchen Assistant, you need to ensure that the kitchen is operational and under your control.

Your main tasks as a Kitchen Assistant would include –

• Preparing, cooking and presenting food in line with required standards.
• Keeping preparation at the right level.
• Making sure that food is served promptly
• Monitoring food production to ensure consistent quality and portion size.
• Stock control
• Following relevant hygiene, health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

The Person: We are looking for someone who is ambitious, disciplined and has passion for food, Weekend availability & Food Handling License.
