The job incumbent is responsible for the preparation of high quality airline meals in accordance with company standards, menu specifications and production schedules. Also responsible for overseeing the performance of Demi Chefs, Commis Chefs and Food Handlers in the preparation of meals, while meeting required safety, hygiene and quality standards.
ShareQualifications
• Hold an ITS Diploma in food preparation and production, and/or City & Guilds Diploma in Culinary Art or a minimum of 5 years working experience in 5 Star Hotels or fine dining restaurants.
• This position requires a high degree of integrity, technical competence, self-confidence, and an ability to lead and motivate people.
