WORKSHOP SERVICE TEAM ADVISOR

Are you a strong leader with extensive experience in mechanical repairs? Do you thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment?

VZ Lines is looking for a Workshop Service Team Advisor to lead our service team, ensure smooth workflow, and deliver exceptional customer care.

We specialize in Commercial Vehicles, fleet maintenance, and bus/coach repairs. This role requires a hands-on approach, supporting technicians and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the workshop team, ensuring a steady workflow.
Oversee the repair process and ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
Ensure timely and quality vehicle handovers.
Assist technicians with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Coordinate task priorities with technicians.
Maintain accurate repair records and system updates.
Communicate proactively with customers about vehicle status and service needs.
Requirements:

Extensive experience in mechanical repairs (fleet/bus/coach preferred).
Previous experience in a service advisor or workshop management role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in workshop software and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
