Preparing reports, memos, invoices, and presentations.
Handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
Managing office supply inventory and procurement.
Assisting with onboarding new employees and contractors.
Providing general support to visitors and team members.
Coordinating company events, workshops, or team-building activities.
Helping maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.
