Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director, ensuring efficient management of schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
Monitor tasks, follow up proactively for updates, and ensure completion of all pending items. Oversees the preparation, printing, and scanning of audit reports and related documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone—scheduling meetings, following up on outstanding items, and maintaining accurate records.
Maintain well-organised digital and physical filing systems for both client and internal documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams (accounts, tax, audit, CSP) and facilitate smooth information flow.
Ensure all responsibilities are executed with precision, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
Uphold confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
Good level of English & Maltese.
Good eye for detail and is self motivated.
Demonstrates strong initiative and takes full accountability for assigned tasks, consistently delivering high-quality results with attention to detail and sharp problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
