Job Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced Cleaner Supervisor to manage a team of cleaners working across factory and retail shop locations. The ideal candidate will ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to high standards in both industrial and commercial environments.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate cleaners across multiple sites (factories & shops)

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in all areas

Conduct routine inspections and quality checks

Train new cleaning staff and monitor performance

Manage cleaning schedules and staff rosters

Handle stock and supply of cleaning materials

Report any maintenance or health & safety issues

Communicate with site managers and company management regularly

Qualifications

Requirements:
Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning

Previous team leader or supervisor experience

Strong organisational and time management skills

Basic English communication (spoken and written)

Physically fit and able to assist with cleaning when required

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
