Property Manager in a Guesthouse (Senglea)

I’m looking for a reliable person to take care of my 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom guest house in Senglea and make sure everything is ready for guests.

I will manage all online bookings and guest communication, but the on-site work (cleaning, check-ins, and preparation) will be your responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Wash, dry, and change linens and towels after each stay

Clean and prepare 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for guests

Clean and tidy common areas

Restock supplies (toiletries, etc.)

Handle check-ins and check-outs (welcome guests and hand over keys)

Report any maintenance issues

Requirements:

Trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented

Available to work on weekends (most bookings are Friday–Sunday)

Must have own transport to get to the property on time

Must be available to clean between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM (depending on check-in/check-out times)

Experience with cleaning and laundry preferred

Friendly and polite with guests

Hours & Pay:

Flexible, depending on bookings (mostly between 10 AM – 3 PM)

Pay: €10 per hour

Qualifications

Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality (preferred but not strictly required)

Ability to wash, dry, and iron linens to a good standard

Good time management — able to complete cleaning within the 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM window

Basic communication skills in English or Maltese to interact with guests if needed

Reliable and punctual — must be able to work according to booking schedule

Own transport is required (driver’s license + car )

Honest, trustworthy, and professional — you will be responsible for keys and guest access
