We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and proactive Handyman to join our team at our open-air nightclub. The ideal candidate will ensure that the venue remains safe, functional, and well-maintained, supporting both day-to-day operations and special events. This role requires someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and capable of handling a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the venue, including seating areas, bars, restrooms, back-of-house, and outdoor facilities.

Carry out minor repairs such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical fixes, and general upkeep.

Ensure lighting systems, sound equipment support structures, and decorative elements are safe and functional.

Address urgent repairs during operating hours to minimize disruption to events.

Assist with setup and breakdown of staging, furniture, and equipment for events.

Monitor safety and compliance standards, ensuring all areas are secure for guests and staff.

Maintain an organized inventory of tools, supplies, and repair materials.

Work closely with the operations team to prioritize and complete maintenance requests.

Respond to weather-related issues affecting the open-air space (e.g., securing equipment, clearing debris, checking drainage).
