Our company is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a talented and motivated Sous Chef (Full-Time) to join our kitchen team in Birgu. What We’re Looking For:
Must hold all valid documents/work permit to legally work in Malta
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role
Strong leadership and teamwork skills – able to support and guide junior staff
Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Passion for quality, consistency, and creativity in cooking
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Your Role Will Include:
Assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Leading and motivating the kitchen team when required
Ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards
Managing prep, stock control, and ordering as needed
Maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards
Bringing creativity and fresh ideas to menu development
