We are looking for a warm, proactive, and professional Guest Relations Officer to be the face of our hospitality and ensure every guest feels welcome, valued, and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival with check-in, orientation, and personalized service.
Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful solutions to enhance their stay.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Maintain close communication with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage VIP and special guest arrangements (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
Follow up with guests during and after their stay to ensure service excellence.
