Job Title: Sous Chef
Job Specifications:
- Assist the head chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to franchise standards
- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a sous chef or in a similar role in a restaurant or franchise setting

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in food safety and sanitation is preferred
