Maintenance Person

We are currently looking for a reliable and practical Maintenance Person to join our operations team at Garden View Holiday Complex, a 3-star apart-hotel located in Swieqi. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a can-do attitude and basic skills in general repairs. Basic electrical knowledge is considered an asset, but not essential, as guidance and support will be provided.

As a Maintenance Person, your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out general repairs and upkeep across guest rooms and common areas
- Basic plumbing, painting, and minor fixes
- Changing lights, sockets, and switches
- Assisting with larger maintenance or electrical tasks as needed
- Performing regular checks to ensure everything is in working order
- Occasionally responding to urgent repair issues
- Working across different properties managed by SAFCO Hospitality

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of general maintenance tasks (electrical knowledge is a bonus)
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills in English
- Flexible and willing to move between nearby properties when required
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
