Will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking food and beverage orders, serving guests promptly and professionally, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role includes setting up tables, maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, and supporting the restaurant team to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Secondary education; hospitality training is an advantage.

Requirementto hold a Skill Pass certificate and Food handling certificate and card (QR code)
