You will be part of a seamless Customer Service function, working to deliver the best possible Customer Experience. This role offers excellent learning opportunities and real career progression.
Key responsibilities
* Assist customers in Romanian, English, Russian and Ukrainian via email, live chat and telephone.
* Collaborate with your team to reach the highest customer satisfaction and meet KPIs.
* Translate promotional texts, customer surveys and other materials into the required languages.
* Manage and maintain customer accounts.
* Follow company policies regarding player safety, protection and responsible gaming.
Language requirements (essential)
* Fluent (written & spoken) in Romanian and English.
* Fluent (written & spoken) in Russian and Ukrainian.?(All four languages are required for this position.)
You’re great at
* Clear written and verbal communication in Romanian, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Customer-service experience (face-to-face, online or by telephone).
* Multitasking and time management.
Extra awesome (nice to have)
* Previous iGaming / online gaming industry experience.
* Additional language skills
