• To develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures in line with employment law and company objectives.
• To lead the full recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, job design, interviewing, and onboarding.
• To oversee employee records and ensure accurate maintenance of contracts, employment history, performance appraisals, training, leave, and attendance.
• To manage and support employee relations, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• To liaise and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including Identità and external agencies, ensuring smooth HR processes and operations.
• To design and coordinate performance management and employee development programs.
• To advise and train managers on HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
• To develop and implement wage structures, and report findings and analysis to management.
• To design and develop KPI frameworks, monitor HR metrics, and prepare regular management reports.
• To support strategic initiatives such as employee engagement, well-being, diversity, and culture improvement.
• To formulate and execute future-oriented HR strategies aligned with the company’s long-term growth and transformation, leading talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
• To ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality in handling employee data.
• To represent HR in management meetings and contribute to organizational strategy.
• To lead, guide, and support the HR Administrator in day-to-day HR and administrative duties.
• To undertake projects and other HR-related tasks assigned by the Management Group.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in HR management or senior HR roles.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational HR skills.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office.
