Restaurant Cleaner/ Kitchen Helper- Fulltime

Kitchen Helper Responsibilities:

Food Prep Assistance: Washing, peeling, slicing, weighing ingredients; portioning food; mixing; packing takeout orders.
Dishwashing: Operating dishwashers, hand-washing utensils, pots, pans, and glassware.
Cleaning: Sanitizing work surfaces, equipment, floors, and emptying trash/recycling.
Stocking & Inventory: Unloading deliveries, storing goods, restocking supplies (condiments, napkins, utensils).
Support: Assisting chefs and waitstaff as needed, clearing tables, setting up dining areas.

Restaurant Cleaner Responsibilities:
General Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming all areas (front-of-house, back-of-house, restrooms).
Deep Cleaning: Periodic cleaning of kitchen equipment, vents, windows, and hard-to-reach areas.
Waste Management: Emptying and cleaning bins, managing recycling.
Sanitation: Ensuring all surfaces and guest/staff areas meet health codes.
