We trade petroleum products, fertilizers, biofuels, petrochemicals, and agricultural commodities, supported by fully integrated capabilities from sourcing and storage to blending, delivery, and risk management.
We are seeking a Junior Legal Specialist to support our legal and compliance function in a dynamic, international trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and support negotiation of commercial contracts under international and local laws
• Assist in managing the full contract lifecycle, including approvals, execution, amendments, and record keeping
• Provide legal support on commercial transactions, financing arrangements, and regulatory matters
• Support compliance with sanctions, AML, and global regulatory requirements
• Assist with due diligence processes, including KYC and counterparty assessments
• Support dispute resolution, claims management, and coordination with external counsel
• Conduct legal research and support corporate governance initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal and regulatory risks

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent qualification
• Strong interest in international trade, commodities, and commercial law
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, global environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
