RESPONSIBILITIES

-Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, spices, and sauces necessary for Latinoamerican dishes according to established recipes and standards.
-Cooking Techniques: Utilize traditional and contemporary cooking techniques to prepare Latinoamerican specialty dishes such as ceviche, empanadas, arepas, and various grilled meats.
-Quality Assurance: Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet high-quality standards in terms of taste, presentation, and adherence to recipe specifications.
-Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
-Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the culinary team to coordinate timing and ensure smooth execution during peak service hours.
-Menu Development: Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for menu development, including seasonal specials and new Latinoamerican-inspired dishes.
-Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen environment, adjusting to changing priorities and demands as needed.
-Communication: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure efficient flow of orders and timely service.
-Passion for Latinoamerican Cuisine: Maintain a deep appreciation for Latinoamerican culinary traditions and ingredients, striving to showcase their richness and diversity in every dish.

REQUIREMENTS
