Salesperson (Showroom setting)

We’re hiring a Showroom Salesperson to be part of our dynamic journey. Specializing in custom-made products to welcome customers, manage orders, coordinate installations, and contribute to our success.
Job description:
- Greeting customers and issuing of quotations.
- Monitor status of ongoing orders.
- Organise installations.
- Aftersales: Tackle customer complaints and take necessary action.
- Chasing for payments.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge on products being sold.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policies.
- Contribute to team effort.
Working hours: 40hrs/week
Salary can be increased commensurate to experience
Commission on sales is also immediately applicable and without capping.
Qualifications
Required skills:
- Experience in a showroom sales setting is preferable, but full training will be provided.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Proactive and outgoing personality.
- Good presentation and organisational skills.
- Be already residing in Malta and in possession of residence permit.
- Willing to work until 6pm on weekdays and 9am-1pm on Saturdays within a 40hr-week schedule. 1 off day during the week.
- Being able to communicate in Maltese will be considered an asset.
