CHEF/KITCHEN HELPER/CLEANER

Our restaurant specializing in Pakistani and Indian cuisine is looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team.
1. Chef (Pakistani & Indian Cuisine)
Responsibilities of Chef:
Design authentic Pakistani and Indian menus
Create balanced menus including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
Prepare and cook authentic Pakistani and Indian dishes (biryani, karahi, kebabs, curries, naan, etc.)
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
Manage kitchen operations and supervise kitchen staff
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Monitor inventory and order supplies when needed
2. Kitchen Helper
Responsibilities:
Assist chef in food preparation
Do necessary meal preprations under chef's supervision
Cut vegetables, clean meat, and prepare ingredients
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
Wash dishes and utensils when required
Follow food safety guidelines.
3. Cleaner
Responsibilities:
Clean kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces
Dispose of garbage properly
Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant
Qualifications
Requirements of Chef:
Experience in Pakistani and/or Indian cooking
Knowledge of traditional spices and cooking techniques (tandoor, dum, etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and time management skills
Requirements of Kitchen Helper:
Basic kitchen experience preferred
Willingness to learn
Hardworking and reliable
Ability to work flexible shifts
Requirements of Cleaner:
Attention to detail
Responsible and punctual
Ability to work independently
