Are you detail-oriented, organized, and confident working with numbers? We’re looking for a reliable Part-Time Accounts Assistant / Clerk to support our growing team.
About the Role
This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone with bookkeeping or accounts experience who enjoys working independently and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Bank reconciliations
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Assisting with payroll preparation
• Maintaining accurate financial records
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Sage accounting software is ideal
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ordinary Account Level, preferably Advanced Level
