Role Description

The Car Park Attendant plays an important role in ensuring the smooth handover and return of rental vehicles. The successful candidate will provide friendly and efficient assistance to customers while maintaining the organisation and condition of the company’s vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers upon arrival in the car park and assist them during vehicle collection and return
- Conduct vehicle inspections with clients at the time of collection, completing the necessary inspection forms
- Inspect vehicles upon return and report any damage or loss using the appropriate damage report procedures
- Remind customers to check the vehicle for personal belongings before departure
- Record and hand over any items found in vehicles

Requirements

- Must have a valid Maltese driving license
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic organisational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work over-time and nights shifts during busy periods
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
