Construction/ Skilled Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Worker to join our team on construction and finishing projects across Malta.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plastering and painting, basic knowledge of tiling works, and a strong commitment to health and safety standards on construction sites.

Responsibilities :

Carry out internal and external plastering works, including surface preparation and finishing
Perform painting works to a high standard
Assist with or carry out tiling works for floor and wall tiles
Prepare materials and surfaces before starting works
Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently
Follow site instructions, schedules, and deadlines
Maintain cleanliness and order on site
Work closely with supervisors and other trades

Qualifications

Fully comply with regulations and site safety requirements
Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
Identify and report any hazards or unsafe conditions
Attend safety briefings and toolbox talks as required
Ensure safe handling of tools, equipment, and materials
