• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and resolve any complaints promptly
• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations
• Ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience
• Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the customer base
• Manage the company's online presence (social media, Google, booking platforms)
• Create promotional campaigns, offers, and partnerships with hotels/businesses
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate and regular clients
Qualifications
• Valid Maltese or EU car driving licence (clean record preferred)
• Valid work permit to work legally in Malta
• Proven experience in marketing, digital promotion, or business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Immediately available to start
• Experience in the transport, tourism, or hospitality sector in Malta
• Familiarity with taxi booking apps and dispatch systems
• Basic knowledge of accounting or business management software
