STOREKEEPER / INVENTORY CLERK

We are a hardware retail business in San Gwann seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to
manage our stock and inventory system on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play
a key role in ensuring our high-demand products are always in stock and orders are placed with
suppliers in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
• Daily physical stock checks on shelves
• Inputting stock levels into our inventory management system daily
• Monitoring reorder levels and identifying low stock items
• Placing orders with suppliers as required
• Communicating with suppliers via email
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the computer system
Requirements
• Good command of written and spoken English (essential)
• Computer literate — full training on our system will be provided
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Quick learner and willing to take initiative
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Qualifications

• Some experience in a warehouse, store, or retail environment is a plus but not essential
• Basic experience using a computer — email, spreadsheets, data entry Would be considered an asset
