Food and Beverage Server

Our restaurant is situated in the Grand Harbour in Valletta and proposes a Mediterranean contemporary cuisine.

We are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Server to form part of our team with the view of achieving the highest standards of food and beverage service.

The candidate must be have the ability to provide exemplary guest service, using skills, passion and personality to delight guests and staff alike.

When required, the person should seek support from the owner, colleagues and consultants to improve personal and team performance, with the eventual consequence of improving the establishment.

Qualifications

The candidate should be able to:

- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Take and serve food and beverage orders
- Clear and clean the guests' tables
- Be part of a dynamic team
- Be fluent in English,
- Convey a positive attitude, be reliable and responsible
- Have a pleasant personality and be well-groomed.
