Accounts Clerk

We are looking for a reliable and organised Accounts Clerk to join our team. The selected candidate will assist with the day-to-day accounting and administrative duties of the company, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth office operations.
Main Responsibilities:
• Maintaining relevant systems, including filing
• Issuing debtors’ statements and following up on outstanding payments
• Entering daily payments received and preparing bank deposits
• Preparing VAT receipts
• Issuing invoices
• Administration of stationery and other general office supplies
• Reconciling supplier accounts and preparing payments to suppliers
• Providing clerical and administrative assistance to the accounting department
• Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
• Assisting with general office and administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Basic accounting knowledge and computer skills
• Experience working with accounting software is considered an asset
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
