Maintenance Person

Canifor Hotel

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building issues.

Conduct preventative maintenance inspections.

Ensure all equipment and facilities are safe and in good working order.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Assist with room renovations and improvement projects as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a similar role.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if required.
