About the Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa and wellness treatments while providing an exceptional experience to our clients.

Responsibilities
Perform a range of professional spa and beauty treatments.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Promote relevant treatments, products, and spa packages.
Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to company standards.
Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Work as part of a professional and supportive spa team.

Qualifications

Requirements
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, Beauty Therapist, or similar role is preferred.
Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
Good knowledge of spa treatments and massage techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English is required.
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
