PART TIME RECEPTIONIST

Attard Bros. Group is looking for a part time Front Desk Receptionist - 8:00 till 12:30 / 12:30 till 17:00

The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following:
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Registering, sorting and distributing mail and deliveries
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting, communicating actions and continuing needs

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is not a must but will be considered an asset
Able to deal with clients in a prompt and friendly manner
Be a responsible and trustworthy person
