Junior Professional - QEHS Management System

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain the QEHS Management Systems in-line with standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018;
• Develop procedures in-line with the requirements of the QEHS Management Systems;
• Assist the QEMS Manager in reviewing all QEHS Management System/s documentation;
• Follow-up on open / pending Corrective Preventive Action Requests (CPARs).
• Train staff on procedures;
• Develop and carry out ISO induction sessions;
• Audit QEHS Management Systems procedures and / or manuals;
• Together with (or in the absence of) the QEMS Manager, update Chiefs on audit results and QEHS Management Systems implementation status;
• Report internal and external (incl. regulatory bodies) as applicable;
• Participate in training if and when required, both locally and abroad;
• Assist in the preparation of tenders, reports, records and other documentation as may be required by the QEMS Manager;
• Perform other duties as directed by the Manager- Management Systems
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the position of Junior Professional – QEHS Management Systems should:
• Be in possession of a degree qualification in any of the following disciplines: Management, Engineering, Science, Geography or Earth Science, and/or Health & Safety;
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
• Must be a strong leader with exceptional communication skills;
• Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Experience in ISO Management System implementation will be considered an asset;
• Able to communicate in English;
• Be computer literate;
