After Sales Co-ordinator

Liftman Malta Ltd has been around for a couple of years in the lift industry. We install, service and repair lifts and are currently looking for an after sales co-ordinator to join our growing team.
The selected candidate will be handling the incoming calls and liasing with both clients and colleagues. He/She will be in charge of scheduling maintenance routine services, logging faults and any other queries clients may have, issuing and following up of quotes and organzing the day to day work schedules of our technicians.
Training will be given however experience in similar posts will be considered an asset.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Good command of Maltese, English and Italian
O’ Level Standard of Education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Good customer care skills
Excellent telephone communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise work and work in a busy environment
Have a clean police conduct
